Baby Sprinkle

It's an exciting time for my Mom's side of the family. My cousin Meghan is expecting her son Grady in August, my cousin Julia is expecting a baby in October, my cousin J's wife Erin is expecting a baby girl in November and Charlie and I are expecting in December. My mom, my Aunt Janice and I decided to throw Meghan, Julia and Erin a baby sprinkle/party. Here are a few pictures from the fun get-together!!

Camping at Jellystone

This year our family took a vacation to Jellystone Park in Waller, Texas. My parents bought a travel trailer in late spring so we decided to try out this camp grounds because we heard it was GREAT for small children. We were not disappointed. They have 2 pools, a mini waterpark for the smaller kids and 2 big slides. They also have mini-golf, a petting zoo, an outdoor movie theater, karaoke, a fishing lake, craft center and visits with Yogi Bear, Boo Boo Bear and Cindy Bear. We had a lot of fun at Jellystone.

They had rv, camper and tent sites but they also had these cute cabins to rent. We stayed in a "Cindy Cabin."

Happy 8th Anniversary!

Eight years ago today Charlie and I were married. It's been the best 8 years of my life! We now have 2 boys and another baby on the way. Life is crazy but wonderful. I feel so blessed to have my husband and boys. Thank you God for Charlie and the life we have made together!

Hey World I'm trying to get back into blogging. Sorry I haven't posted in a LONG time but life has been crazy. I started working a full time job in August and just haven't had a lot of spare time to blog. After working for 9 months I have decided to go back to being a stay-at-home mom until I can get back into teaching. So here are a a few pictures from the spring.

In other exciting news the Genella Family is going from 4 to 5. The initial news came as a SURPRISE to us but we are super excited to welcome a new baby in late December. It's going to be CRAZY at our house but we are looking forward to it and are trying to "THINK PINK!!!"

Family Pictures 2010

We had family pictures done for our Christmas cards/Jack's 1 year/Miller's 3rd. The day was nice but my boys were both in grouchy moods. The majority of the shoot Jack cried and Miller squirmed and smirked at the camera. I just knew NONE of the pictures would turn out nice but when I got the cd back I was pleasantly surprised. Now, I will admit some of the pictures were not great but the photographer lady got lots of good shots too. Some of the ones I am posting are my favorites and some are just funny. I love my family!!

Let me explain this picture. The lady that took our family pictures found this frog in the grass. She thought if she showed it to Miller maybe he would cooperate a little bit better. Let's just say NEITHER boys were doing much cooperating during this photo shoot. She was so patient with my difficult boys. She even let the frog crawl on her camera and on her arm. Miller thought it was hilarious and it got him to smile in a few shots!!
