Christmas Day

We had a great Christmas this year. We got up on Christmas morning and went over to my parents house to see what Santa left the boys. He left LOTS of good stuff for them!! They must have been VERY good this year ;-) Then we came home to find some more Santa loot at our house. Later we had lunch at Bubba and Sugar's (my Aunt Janice and Uncle John Ed) house with the Marsh side of the family. Then on Saturday we went to Cedar Park to visit with Charlie's family. We are so blessed to have such wonderful family!!

Charlie rockin' the giraffe snuggy!!

Cousin Blair and the perfect gift - Jack!!

Marshy in his cowboy duds!
Mom, Aunt Patti, Uncle John Ed, and Aunt Margaret - The original Marsh Family

The Foster Family

The Marsh Family
The Zajicek and Genella Family

This is a LONG story!! Charlie's 1st year in my family my CRAZY Grandma "Nanny" gave him this Chia pet. If you know Nanny, you know she gave "interesting" gifts like that ALL the time. We all had a great laugh at Nanny and Charlie expense. So to be funny we in turn re-gifted the Chia pet to Nanny the next year. She didn't remember giving it to Charlie the previous year and thought it was such a neat gift!! :) Once again we had a great laugh at Nanny's expense. After my Nanny passed away we were helping clean out her house and what do we find in a closet...THE CHIA PET. So being the comedians that we are we took the Chia Pet and once again re-gifted it to Jeremy - my cousin Julia's husband the 1st year he was in the family. Once again getting a good laugh!! So this year we decided to do the Chinese gift exchange where you pick a gift and the next person can steal it from you. Well, guess what I picked...THE CHIA PET!! But it was followed by a gift card to PF Changs!! Nanny, we had another laugh but I bet you laughed too from Heaven!! Now I have to think of a clever way to re-gift it next year!!!
Sorry these are out of order - Gigi and Papa's house on Christmas Morning

Santa brought the swing set a week early because Daddy, Papa and Uncle Marsh had to have time to put it together!!
